RASF partners are provided with the following services:
- Provide partners and regional departments of RASF with information about the Customer’s products and services for procurement of sports facilities (mailing of both printed and electronic advertising materials);
- Establish contacts as well as carry on negotiations on behalf of the Customer with potential Clients in the Russian Federations and CIS countries;
- Assistance in interaction of the Customer with project owners, engineering companies, general contractors and subcontractors, suppliers of sports and engineering equipment, and other organizations, performing design, construction and equipping of sport facilities in the territory of Russian Federation;
- Assistance in promotion of the Customer’s products for procurement of sport facilities, including in cooperation with executive authorities of the Russian Federation in the field of physical education and sports, architecture and construction (sports federations, committees for physical education and sports, committees for architecture and urban planning, and others);
- Consulting services regarding interaction with organizing bodies of the ANO Sochi-2014 Organizing Committee, ANO Kazan-2013 Organizing Committee, ANO Russia-2018 Organizing Committee, Olympstroy State Corporation, Olympic Committee of Russia, Paralympic Committee of Russia, winter and summer sports federations;
- Provide the Customer with information about sports facilities, being designed and constructed in the Russian Federation with the aim to estimate possibilities of their procurement with the Customer’s products or services;
- Organize the participation of the Customer in all events, organized by RASF such as workshops, panel discussions, delivering reports: advanced training for experts in designing, managing and operation of sport facilities;
- Translation of regulatory documents in the spheres of sport, designing and construction of sport facilities (tender documentation, design documentation, specifications, different kinds of standards and regulatory documents - All-Union State Standards (GOST), Construction Standards and Regulations, SNIPS, governmental regulations and so on);
- RASF developed the web portal of sports facilities of the world www.sportreestr.ru. For RASF foreign partners this portal is a good opportunity to promote their projects, services and innovative technologies;
- Visa support services for the personnel of the Customer;
- Assistance in arrangement of accommodation, transfer from and to the airport, accompanying of the foreign company’s members in the territory of the Russian Federation and CIS countries;
- Simultaneous and step-by-step interpretation during meetings with customers;
- Space for advertising mediums (including handout materials) at all events, organized by RASF;
